You are all right, D’addario do only make strings. The guitar is a Dean, and it gets more and more beautiful by the minute.
I got up twice in the night to just come and look at it. I also dreamed about playing it in smokey clubs…I was REALLY good!
I think this is what has been missing all my life. For some people it is a man, for others a baby, but for me it is my black and white guitar. Whether I can play it or not doesnt matter. She is mine, and we are in love.

I have been wanting to learn an instrument for ages. Ideally it would be a piano but I have nowhere to put one at the moment, so until I stop being a traveling hobo, the guitar it is!
I got a black and white D’Addario and it is so cute. I wanted a pink one but when I got to Denmark Street there were so many I thought it was too obvious. This was much more origional, and actually much more me. I love it so much I even kissed it. No tongues, but it was pretty passionate!
So, I am having my first lesson on Tuesday and I literally can’t wait. I am also going away this weekend to hang out with some friends and my sister in Bristol. We are going to chill by the river all day then I am hoping for a sleepover where everyone gets drunk and plays tunes. I might not be able to play it yet, but I wanna see someone else have a go and I am more than happy to sing along.
Anyway, I am about as musical as a penis so wish me luck. I will get some pics up soon and also post a video as soon as I have learned a tune.
Feel free to suggest tunes for me to play and also any hints and tips that might make this easy, and not just a fad that lasts two weeks and is soon replaced with smoking from the sheer stress of it…
I have been trying to work out what to call it. My Irish friend Phil helped me choose it so I was wondering if I should call it Phil, but I think it is definitely a girl. And she is too pretty to be a Phil…no offense Phil….
Maybe Louise after my best friend? She is kind of why I bought it because guitars remind me of her. Or maybe I should just be totally origional, as she really is. The guitar I mean, not Louise…although she is too…anyway….
But I wont settle yet, suggestions welcome.
I am excited. I need more music in my life!

I have been excited about the Moonwalk for ages. If you don’t know then it is a HUGE walk that starts at midnight and raises money and awareness for Breast Cancer.
